Job Summary

Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (Female) to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care while supporting doctors and the clinical team in daily healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients according to established clinical standards.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Assist doctors during OPD consultations and medical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient and nursing records.
• Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Prepare and maintain nursing equipment and supplies.
• Provide health education and basic counseling to patients and attendants.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing activities.
• Support the smooth functioning of the OPD/clinical area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSN / Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid PNMC registration.
• Relevant clinical experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork skills.
