Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certification will be an advantage.

At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor development, inventory and warehouse management, production planning, logistics and order fulfilment in manufacturing enterprises. Experience in plastics, pipes or engineering products and in improving supplier performance, raw-material availability and inventory control will be preferred.

For technical experts, prior experience in delivering practical technical assistance to MSMEs, conducting enterprise diagnostics, developing action plans and implementation tools, and providing on-site coaching/capacity building will be preferred. All candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills, be willing to travel across Thatta, Sujawal, Badin, Tharparkar and Larkana, and be able to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs in Urdu. Ability to communicate in Sindhi will be preferred.
