Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of staff, visitors, and project materials while ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles in accordance with organization policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, consultants, and visitors.
• Deliver project documents and materials.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks accurately.
• Monitor fuel consumption.
• Arrange routine servicing and maintenance.
• Report mechanical faults immediately.
• Ensure valid vehicle registration, insurance, and permits.
• Follow traffic laws and organizational safety procedures.
• Support logistics during field activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualification

• Minimum Matriculation (Intermediate preferred).
• Valid LTV driving license (HTV license will be an added advantage).

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Previous experience with NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects will be preferred.
• Experience driving in remote and mountainous areas of Balochistan is highly desirable.

• Good knowledge of traffic regulations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Honest, punctual, and reliable.
