Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree students, graduates or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability and skills in publishing, communication, social media and content marketing.
• Excellent skills to design and produce video stories involving on-ground real people in the domain of job search.
• Ability to understand people, elements of story creation and telling impressive stories using new digital tools and platforms. 
• The work you have done must be demonstrable through media presence that is online or can be demonstrated during .
• The applicant must have a deep understanding of conducting research, small product development, experimentation and testing methodologies that you must have learned during your studies or have implemented during your work.
• Interest and ability to learn in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills that are demonstrable during work, coordination with teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements, or conduct workshops to understand user requirements and design quick sketches or prototypes to lock the user requirements.
• Design components of the complete design and then sketch and glue components together to make an impressive final design output. 
• Design web, mobile,  or animations that are unique and impressive.

Note: Experience means that you have worked during Semester projects, Hobby projects, contributing to open source projects, or work during internship.
