Job Description                                      


1.      Main Tasks

  • Maintain reception, receive and respond to external calls in a professional and polite manner.
  • Receive, record and distribute in/out courier items.
  • Coordinate with guards with respect to visitors.
  • Place purchase request on time for all the purchases related to office supplies.
  • Ensure that all the office equipment’s are turned on/off as per office standard hours and checked (i.e. A/C’s, lights, fans, office equipment’s).
  • Looking after IT related issues.
  • Regularly update HR & Admin Manager Manager on issues related to office equipment’s and their function.
  • Ensure effective documentation of kitchen supplies (i.e. maintain stock register).
  • Ensure effective documentation of cleaning supplies.
  • Operate generator on daily basis.
  • Keep track of generator fueling and maintenance.
  • Maintaun vehicle log-book in soft, sharing of log book with line manager at the end of each month.
  • Keep track of vehicle fueling, oil change and service.


  • Bachelors degree preferably in IT field
  • Min. of 3 years in a admin/ IT position preferably in a multinational corporation or NPO
  • High degree of Accountability
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Independent, agile and flexible working style
  • Willing to work extra hours when necessary
  • Good knowledge of English and local languages
  • Willingness to adhere and commit to CBM’s Values, Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy
