Finance and Admin Officer (02 positions)

MBA Finance, M. Com, B. Com (experienced)

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in budgeting, financial reporting, event management, procurement, reconciliation of advances

Work Experience in an NGO/INGO

• Clear understanding of budgeting, donor reporting, meeting deadlines,
• Cash Management
• Conversant with procurement procedures and rules, tendering process, dealing / negotiation with vendor, vehicle management, office premises maintenance, inventory management, staff personnel files, office security etc

Previous experience of event management.

Good computer and (verbal and written) languages skills (fluent in Urdu and English; Pashtu would be an added advantage for Lakki Marwat)

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Able to work independently and work as a team
• ·         Being from the project area/having lived and worked in the project area is an added advantage
• Commitment to CHIP’s mission and values
• Willingness to learn and ability to work efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of people

Job Location

Lakki Marwat-KPK & Muzaffargarh –Punjab, with frequent travel Islamabad

Type of Contract

For Lakki Marwat-Fixed for 10 months and for Muzaffargarh -4 months, both positions are renewable on expiry of existing agreement subject to extension of project. Both projects have possibility of further extension.
