LMKT is seeking competent professionals to work on the Monitoring, Recording and Learning (MRL) component of the Aawaz II programme. Aawaz II is managed by the British Council and is implemented through 17 partners in 22 districts of KP and Punjab.
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (preferably in Social Science
Experience and Requirements
At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation
Demonstrated experience in conducting field-level quantitative and qualitative data collection and data entry using paper and electronic tools
Extensive experience in research design, data analysis and in writing evidence-based reports
Experienced working with behaviour change interventions, controlled experiments, and KAP analysis
Familiarity with outcome harvesting and other relevant models
Thematic knowledge of child labour, gender based violence, early and forced marriages, rights of minorities, PWDs and transgender persons
Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Proven problem solving and management/leadership skills
Scope of Work
Manage and conduct qualitative monitoring through surveys, focus group discussions, interviews and case studies
Undertake periodic monitoring and technical support visits, spot checks, direct observations, consultations with stakeholders to assess progress against agreed M&E plan and recommend/share findings for corrective actions as appropriate.
Develop brief monitoring reports of each trip/activity on the findings of field verification, MOVs status, telephonic verification and onward sharing for course correction and improvement through. Develop and maintain log of telephonic verification and responses/feedback
Support the M&E Specialist to respond to Senior Management or donor data queries in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders
Contribute to learning and quality reviews by preparing, disseminating and analyzing data, lessons learnt, case studies, VfM stories and good practices
Keep close coordination with DSPs to actively track and monitor activities
Supervise and coordinate application of monitoring tools to track program performance in line with the M&E Plan
Periodically review and revise the system with M&E Specialist so that it is adapted appropriately to changing operating contexts
Support partners staff to collect data, analyse it, identify gaps and suggest recommendations for the improvement of programmes/projects activities
Act as a focal point to organise and manage monitoring reviews and evaluations
