Job description:
- Based on massive data and real needs and pain points, use artificial intelligence/machine learning/operational research and other means to optimize problems in real scenarios, including but not limited to personnel scheduling, equipment scheduling, etc., to ensure nodal tasks are completed
- Develop data analysis strategies to extract maximum value from data through machine learning/deep learning, statistical analysis or optimization methods
- Collaborate with product development team, responsible for scheduling related data analysis, modeling, optimization algorithm design and development, validation and go-live
- Continuously learning and researching cutting-edge technologies in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and applying them to practical work
- Experience in industry optimization is preferred, such as airport flight guaranteed task scheduling, factory production resource scheduling, path planning problems, etc.
Job requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, etc. with a Master's degree or higher
- Excellent model building skills, proficient in common algorithms and ML/DL algorithms
- Good programming skills, experience with Python/Java preferred
- Proficiency in mathematical modeling based on business problems, proficiency in various optimization algorithms and implementation of machine learning tools
- Familiarity with heuristic and graph algorithms such as GA, PSO, etc.
- Familiarity with tools such as Matlab, PlantSimulation/Flexsim, Numpy, SciPy, Matplotlib, or similar tools
- Proficiency in various types of operations research, simulation/ system dynamics and AMPL tools
- Experienced in resource allocation, simulation operation, demand forecasting, planning, scheduling, etc. Ability to work independently/lead technical teams to complete projects and work with solution, product and software engineers to implement the whole decision system
- Have complete project implementation ideas in the direction of precision manufacturing, new retail, port/airline scheduling, etc.
