HelpAge International is the secretariat to a global network of organizations promoting the right of all older people to lead dignified, healthy, and secure lives. Our vision is a world in which all older people can lead dignified, healthy, and secure lives. Our mission is to promote the wellbeing and inclusion of older women and men and reduce poverty and discrimination in later life. We work with older women and men in low and middle-income countries for better services and policies, and for changes in the behaviors and attitudes of individuals and societies towards old age. We have over 170 network members and many more partners in more than 90 countries across the world. The HelpAge International is working in Pakistan under an MoU with Ministry of Interior, Govt. of Pakistan and having registered office in Islamabad since 2010 and implementing programs for the wellbeing of older people and supporting them in humanitarian crises all over Pakistan.

Objective

Conduct age sensitive vulnerability and capacity assessment (CVA) and coping mechanism around Climate Change in Sindh (Dadu and Jacobabad) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Nowshera).

The Proposal

HelpAge International Pakistan is looking for a consultant to conduct Age Inclusive Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment. The TORs of consultant is attached. Interested consultants/firms shall submit their sealed proposals (Technical and Financial) by 22^nd December by 5:30 pm at the following address in the name of the Procurement Committee.
