Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) was incorporated on May 29, 2003, as a not-for-profit organization and registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (Formerly known as Companies Ordinance, 1984). SRSO is funded by the government of Sindh to work in the designated districts of Sindh to achieve the goals of poverty reduction through community empowerment, skills enhancement, capacity building, and development of community-supported infrastructure projects.

SRSO is looking for vendors/contractors to acquireKitchen Gardening Kits for its field office in Thari Mirwah Khairpur- Sindh.

The bids will be accepted on the provision of 2% bid security of the total bidding price(refundable) and 5% performance security of the contract price (refundable subject to successful completion of the contract) for qualified firms in favor of Sindh Rural Support Organization.

The bid witha completeTechnical and financial proposal along with 2% earnest Money of the total bid price in favor of “Sindh Rural Support Organization” should be submitted to the following address no later than 11^th December 2023 by 5:00 PM. The Tender Committee will open the bids on 12^th December 2023 at 02:30 PM.

The award of the PO will be fulfilled by the supplier/Company and Client, based on the following criteria.

1)      Bidder Profile(Mandatory)

2)      Best price/offer and delivery plan.

3)      Relevant Past Experience with supporting Documents (Three Pastcontracts of similar nature assignment).

4)      Capability and ability of the bidder (technical/professional/financial) to carry out the work within the agreed timeframe.
