Background and Introduction:

Farmers Development Organization (FDO) is established in 1998 as a not for profit, non-governmental public interest organization and is “a company setup under section 42 of companies’ Act 2017 (Formerly Companies ordinance 1984)".

Currently, the Farmers Development Organization is one of the largest organizations of South Punjab in terms of outreach, staff, and development activities. Farmers Development Organization strengthens the disadvantaged and vulnerable segments of society for the realization of their rights by means of collective action through social mobilization, capacity building, and facilitating the provision of basic amenities, livelihood support, and evidence-based advocacy. It has worked in 36 Districts of Punjab. Farmers Development Organization is implementing various projects to improve socio-economic, political, cultural, and technological aspects of society.

The Farmers Development Organization is implementing the "Improved Resilience through Food and Nutrition Security- LANN+ Approach" in two UCs of District Muzaffargarh. Under this project, we are seeking to hire a professional team to capture and produce compelling success story videos.  These videos' purpose will be to give positive impact and achievements of the project's participants and beneficiaries, while also promoting our organization's mission and values. This document outlines the specific requirements and expectations for this project.

Objective:

The primary objective of this task is to capture compelling success story videos that highlight the positive impact of the "Improved Resilience through Food and Nutrition Security -IRFNS" project on the lives of beneficiaries.

• Produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the project's impact on beneficiaries and communities
• Create high-quality video content and compelling success stories that highlight individual and collective achievements resulting from the project's interventions.
• To document and share inspiring success stories from the participants and beneficiaries of our ongoing project that provide in-depth insights into our projects and initiatives.
• To create visually appealing and emotionally engaging videos that can be used for marketing, fundraising, advocacy, communication, and knowledge-sharing purposes.
• To provide a platform for project participants to share their experiences and achievements, thereby increasing their visibility and recognition.
• To record a consolidated project video with infographics
