Job description |
The Assistant Manager Networking and HR is a key resource for all Networking and HR matters. 1. Develop and implement effective networking strategies to support significant business expansion across various sectors of interest. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential national and international partners, clients, and consultants in various sectors 3. Pursue new partnership opportunities in all provinces and selected regions internationally 4. Collaborate with sector teams to develop partnership proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to maximize business growth. 5. Manage and report on partnership performance to identify areas for improvement and inform future partnership strategies 6. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish new partnerships. 7. Ensure continuous market research to identify potential partners and evaluate their fit with the organization's mission and values 8. Closely work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of partnership activities 9. Develop a detailed understanding of partner services and capabilities to identify opportunities for collaboration and integration 10. Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and tactics. 11. Support continuing buildup of a specialist database through an active engagement strategy focused on senior consultants in mentioned sectors HR Support: 1. Support the ongoing oversight and development of HR policies and procedures. 2. Support AiD management with necessary HR functions, including staff induction processes for the HO, regional offices, and various projects. 3. Ensure compliance with approved HR policies and procedures. 4. Assume responsibility for the contract management of core and project staff. 5. Management and oversight of HR staff assigned to handle time/leave management, payroll, and all personnel actions. 6. Assume responsibility for staff appraisals and necessary follow-up actions. 7. Responsible for overseeing junior HR staff. 8. Responsible for other HR actions assigned by management. |
