Terms & Conditions:

The tender documents can be collected from ALP-PIU Office (Alternate Learning Pathways-Project Implementation Unit), Elementary and Secondary Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Office at Directorate of Professional Development (DPD) Landy SarakLarama Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Phone No. 091-9224738

  1. Sealed tenders should reach ALP-PIU Office on or before 1200 hours on December 14, 2023 and Sealed tenders should reach ALP-PIU Office on or before 1200 hours on December 14, 2023 and should be clearly marked “TENDER - Not to be opened before “1100 hrs on December 15, 2023
  2. Tenders will be opened on December 15, 2023 at 1100 hrs. in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening
  3. The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its bid, a Bid Security to the extent of a percentage (05%) of the total bid value. Bids received without pay order / demand draft may be rejected.  Unsuccessful bidder’s bid security shall be discharged or returned soon after announcement of the successful bids.
  4. The delivery address will be ALP-PIU Office/warehouse at  Directorate of Professional Development (DPD) Landy SarakLarama Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
  5. Tender committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
  6. Payment will be made on satisfactory delivery of supplies through cross cheque.
  7. Tender Committee or its representative reserves the right to inspect the goods in successful bidder’s warehouse for verification.
  8. Tender price must be inclusive of delivery costs and all admissible taxes while relevant taxes will be deducted at source. Copies of NTN numbers must also accompany the tenders.
  9. Tender committee reserves the right to alter the quantity, if required.
  10. An agreement will be signed with successful bidder(s) for timely supply of appropriate quality items and method of payment. Failure to meet the conditions of the agreement will result in cancellation of the agreement at the risk and cost of the supplier.
  11. In case the supplies are delayed, ALP-PIU will impose a fine of 0.5 % / Day of the total amount of contract for each day of delay.
  12. ALP-PIU reserves the right to forfeit the Performance Guarantee in case of breach of the agreement. 
  13. Tender Offers must be valid for minimum 90 days after the tender opening.
  14. Tender publication does not constitute any commitment on part of ALP-PIU unless a written agreement is signed by both parties
  15. Tender committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
  16. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered
