Objective of Consultancy:
The HR Coordinator for LHW Programs shall be responsible for recruiting subcontractors to aid LHWs and CMWs programs, facilitating Human Resource development by designing and delivering training programs in Sindh and Balochistan, acting as the primary liaison for HR issues within LHW and CMW programs, and collaborating with the program team to orchestrate training sessions for LHWs and CMWs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
As HR Coordinator LHW Programs, the consultant is responsible for the following principal duties and responsibilities:
- Carry out recruitment of subcontractors to support Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and Community Mid Wives (CMW) programs.
- Responsible for Human Resource development through developing and conducting trainings for LHWs and CMWs in Sindh and Balochistan
- The consultant will serve as a point of contact for Human resources related matters pertaining to LHW and CMW programs.
- Work with the program team to organize training for LHWs and CMWs.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in the related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience. USAID experience preferred.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and ability to interpret local labor laws.
- Demonstrated versatility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
