Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance internal and external awareness and understanding of the achievements and work of local NGOs. This includes fostering strategic relationships and facilitating their growth.

2. Establish and maintain both formal and informal networks with government bodies, community partners, donors, and other stakeholders, with a focus on the social services and livelihoods sectors. This ensures that the organization remains well-informed and capable of influencing stakeholders effectively.

3. Lead or support the development, implementation, and review of research and assessment assignments, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.

4. Promote the sharing of information and technical resources across the organization to facilitate learning and innovation.

5. Oversee the execution of the partnership strategy for organization.

6. Assist program staff in evaluating partnership opportunities, ensuring that partnerships align with org's strategic objectives and local context.

7. Attend national-level events and seminars to increase visibility and recognition of programs.

8. Manage a comprehensive database of current and potential partnerships.

9. Prepare periodic reports for individual donors.
