Ability to deal with complex situations. He /She should be capable of managing team work, community programs, emergency response & relief works etc.
Good command in written and spo­ken English.
Ready to travel and stay out of station any time

Qualification/Experience

• Graduate from recognized Universityin Social Sciences.
• 3 years of relevant work experience with an International Humanitarian Organization in Programme Implementation
• Experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Superior verbal/written skills, public relations, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong monitoring, evaluation, & analysis skills would be required
• Basic knowledge of the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement
