Associates in Development (AiD) is looking for a Project Manager (Baluchistan) for a potential Education Sector opportunity of a donor funded project.  The proposed project aims to conduct a survey of teachers, school leaders, students and classrooms in 600 primary public schools across 6 districts in KP, Punjab and Balochistan and use this information to produce clean datasets. The  Project Manager (Baluchistan) will provide technical survey management input and lead the survey team in Balochistan.

Required Experience:

1. Master’s or doctoral degree in the social sciences or related field.
2. 10 years of experience and demonstrated ability to manage large-scale data collection.
3. At least 5 years of proven experience with data quality assurance mechanisms (fieldwork management, data entry programming, etc.).
4. Proven ability to facilitate communication between different stakeholders, government, non-government, and academic institutions.
5. Ability to communicate in English, Urdu, and the local provincial language (Balochi for Balochistan).

Preferred:

1. Understanding of the Balochistan education sector, with a proven track record of collaborating with the government.
2. Previous experience with phone-based surveys, school-based surveys, and student assessments.
