• At least a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and relevant field of study.
• Must have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with communities and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of social mobilization strategies and techniques to promote community participation.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
