DOPASI Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Bahria Town Rawalpindi with operations throughout the country, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Field Officer for the Quetta office.

Job Description:

• Daily coordination with all pharmacies and TB patients in the district to gather data in an approved format;
• Maintaining relationships with the chain pharmacies
• Support in organizing the monthly stakeholder meeting in coordination with the District Coordination
• Ensuring timely submission of the timesheets
• Ensure patient follow-up and treatment outcome
• Create awareness of the applications to the pharmacists and patients and make sure the public should download the app
• In collaboration with District Coordinator, plan and conduct screening camps;
• Compile data from attached pharmacies in the approved format and share with District Coordinator as per defined frequency (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly);
• Ensure patient follow-up and treatment outcome
• Report to the District Coordinator on daily achievements
• Any other task assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree minimum B.A / B.Sc
• Minimum 2-year post-qualification experience of working with National / International NGOs / Hospital / community-based programs, pharmacies etc.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacies and TB disease, its spread, contact screening practices
• Good communication and IT skills
• Local resident of district, must have own transport (bike)
