Federation HANDICAP International (HI) is an International Organization mainly working for the people with disabilities in more than 60 Countries. In Pakistan HANDICAP International started interventions right after the earthquake of October 2005 and since continue operations in Sindh and KP Province.

Federation Handicap International Pakistan intends to purchase  LAPTOPs, MOBILE PHONES & DIGITAL CAMERA (See attached Request for Quotation (RFQs) for details). You are requested to please follow the instructions in the attached RFQ and submit your quotations as per requirements.

For Quotation you may use your companies letter head or can use the same RFQ format. In any case your quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.       Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company letterhead or attached RFQ form. In any case your quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED.

2.       Quote separately for each category and Clearly marked Envelop. For Example: QUOTATION FOR LAPTOPS Ref: PD-00044 or QUOTATION FOR MOBILE PHONES Ref: PD-00045 or QUOTATION FOR DIGITAL CAMERA Ref: PD-00094

3.       Supplier/Vendor may apply for one or more the one category having relevant dealership/authorization.

4. Quotation submitted through email shall not be accepted and late submissions will not be considered.

5.       All the fields of attached RFQ are mandatory to be filled and sent along with quotations.

6.       Quotation validity must be 30 to 45 working days from date of submission.

7. Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified

8.       Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) and Delivery Charges up to HI Islamabad Office.

9.       Rates should be quoted in local currency.

10.   Supplier having authorized dealership/distributers shall be preferred.
