Education Officers- Female

(02 Positions)

Minimum Bachelors (4 years’ program) or Master’s degree in Social Sciences

3 years relevant experience in development sector.

• Education officers will be responsible to mobilize the communities, conduct awareness sessions and campaigns, and organize training for PTCs, teachers and the education department.
• They will train PTC members in their roles and responsibilities.
• They will engage mothers to form Mothers Groups (MGs) to mobilize and orient them on importance of their children’s education.
• Education Officers will resolve community conflicts and will gather student/enrollments data and will take care of school and community level social components of the project.
