Reference:            Invitation of Quotation for Construction/Renovation Work

Sindh Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (SIOVS) is implementing a project “Improving Eye Health Coverage Through Integration of Primary Eye Care in Pakistan” SIOVS intends to receive quotations for construction/renovation work in different location of two District Kamber Shahdadkot & Mirpurkhas , for this you are requested to submit your quotation, stating rates on below mentioned required terms. Quote should reach to the office of Deputy Director, SIOVS within 08 working days.

You are therefore requested to dispatch or submit your sealed Quotation address to Program Officer SIOVS office @ Eye Hospital near Journalist Colony, Hyderabad or email to [email protected] [email protected], with best rates for the Construction/Renovation Work, latest by 25 Sep 2023.

Note:

1. Considering the risk of COVID-19 infection, the service provider can submit quotations through any one of the following methods.

a. Through email to [email protected], please mention RFQ (BoQs) detail in the email subject line.  Quotations must be submitted on supplier letterhead in the form of” pdf/jpg”.

b. By hand in the tender box available at our office address “SIOVS @ Eye Hospital, Journalist Colony, Hyderabad” between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Saturday on or before the mentioned deadline. Please consider instructions relating to social distancing and protection while submitting the bids in person.

c. Through courier to our postal address mentioned above. SIOVS will not be responsible for any delay due to courier company.

2. Rate must be given in Pak Rupees including all applicable taxes (WHT & SRB).

3. Payment details of the supplier must be clearly stated on letterhead e.g. to whom cheque should be addressed. Payment will be made through cross cheque after the deduction of the applicable taxes as per Govt. regulations.

4. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria for selection of supplier(s). Quality & Quantity of Construction/RenovationWork. Delivery time and previous experience will also be considered

5. Supplier must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies in question or permanently black listed companies.
