Monitoring and Evaluation Officer-Female

(02 Positions) Male & Female

Minimum: Bachelors (4 years program) or Master from HEC recognized institution degree in relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution

03 years’ relevant experience in any donor funded community development  preferably education projects on M&E position

• Monitoring and Reporting Officer will be responsible for monitoring field activities in-line with the project proposal, processes, the budget, the time-frame, regulations as per the partnership agreements.
• To support staff in planning, reviews and quality progress reporting to management, produce regular monitoring reports and document success stories
• To coordinate with relevant stakeholders including E&SED, C&W, and local government through progress sharing.
• To ensure all necessary programme documents are properly maintained and recorded properly at field level
• To ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in respective project activities and ensure compliance with accountability mechanisms.
• To regularly coordinate with program team of head office including MER, Development, communication and implementation.
• Regular monitoring visits to project interventions for quality assurance
