Technical, Legal, and Commercial Advisory for Captive Power Industry Development Around PEDO's Hydropower Projects

The Provincial Energy Development Organization (PEDO) has set forth a strategic mission focused on enabling the effective use of electricity generated from hydropower projects within its region. At the core of this mission is the aim to extend the benefits of clean and sustainable energy to local industries situated in the immediate vicinity of these power facilities. To realize this vision, PEDO contemplates the potential necessity of establishing dedicated transmission infrastructure, along with the necessity of forging bilateral agreements with industrial stakeholders. With this context in mind, SEED is looking for a firm/ consortium of consultants under one lead firm having requisite skills to meet the objectives, perform tasks, and achieve the milestones identified below.
