FINANCE & ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Work closely with Director Finance& Admin, Senior Accounts Officer and Technical teams to execute daily financial and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist in Disbursement of cheques and follow up for Vouchers posting & record keeping of Vouchers on monthly basis.
- Assist in daily Banking related matters. Process transactions, invoices, and payments, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Assist in managing and keeping records of overall Office Expenditures. Handle and maintain petty cash records.
- Coordinate, track and manage financials for purchase of office supplies / items (minor / major), dealing with small vendors etc, and ensure finance and administrative procedures are followed.
- Contribute to preparation of monthly/annual financial reports and statements as required by the Management.
- Any other duties assigned by management as required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors/BBA degree in Finance or related field.
Experience
- Fresh Graduate. Internship Experience in the field of Finance and Logistics/Administration would be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Familiarity with Accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Sound Administrative and Coordination skills.
- Strong Work Ethics with ability to maintain Confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to manage and work flexibly with diverse teams.
- Effective Time Management and Detail Oriented.
