Position Objectives: |

Assistant Director-Legal is expected to support in overseeing and managing all legal matters within the organization. He/She shall support day to day legal responsibilities and providing legal advice that includes all the aspects of the analysis, investigation and drafting process. He/She shall ensure the organizational compliance with laws and regulations, contracts and handle disputes. |
||

Provide legal counsel and advice to different departments on legal matters. |

Identify potential legal risks and suggest proactive strategies to mitigate them. |

Stay up-to-date with legal developments that could influence the Organization. |

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, employment agreements, and more. |
|
|
Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. |
|
|
Monitor and ensure the organizational compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations. |
|
|
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. |
|
|
Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation involving the organization. |
|
|
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary. |
|
|
Strive for cost-effective and efficient resolution of legal issues. |
|
|
Advise senior management on legal implications of strategic initiatives. |
|
|
Collaborate with external legal counsel, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required. |
|
|
Participate in negotiations, meetings, and interactions with external parties. |
|
|
Any other task assigned by the Management. |

Education |
||
Bachelor's degree in Law from HEC recognized Institution/University. |
||
Experience |
||
02 years proven experience in a similar role/Field. |
