Project Background

HelpAge International is implementing a project under the title of "Promotion of Peace and Development Initiatives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan" in Khyber District together with the financial support of HelpAge Deutschland (HAD) and BMZ. Under this project, HAI provides technical support to Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) in implementing field activities in project areas.

1. The deadline to submit the sealed proposals is Wednesday 6th September 2023 no later than 16:30 hrs at HAI Islamabad Office. Proposals delivered after the specified time & date may not be accepted.
2. Please submit your company profile with this Proposal.
3. Quoted prices must include all government prevailing taxes (Withholding, GST etc.).
4. Prices should be quoted in PKR only.
5. Prices must include Freight/Transportation, Packing, Loading & unloading, and Skilled/ Unskilled charges to the destination. The supplier will use environmentally friendly packaging material.
6. Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
7. Procurement Committee reserves the right to increase or decrease specific items or the overall quantity of the required items without assigning any reason and change in quoted prices.
8. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.
