Purpose:

-      To monitor the project's progress and prepare comprehensive reports capturing key findings, trends, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

-      Assist in data collection and analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

-      Prepare periodic monitoring reports, including monthly, quarterly, and as required.

-      Generate trend analysis reports capturing key insights and patterns.

-      Document case studies, success stories, and other narratives as required.

-      Maintain a database of all reports and ensure timely submission to the Client and other stakeholders.

-      Assist in preparing the inception report detailing the monitoring approach, tools, and methodologies.

-      Draft and finalize detailed monitoring reports with relevant pictorial presentations.

-      Update the action points matrix based on findings and recommendations from monitoring activities.

-      Prepare statistical and analytical narrative reports, both monthly and quarterly.

Qualifications:

-      Master in Social Science, MBA, English Literature, Research, Analysis and Writing

Experience & Essential Skills

-      At least 05 years of experience in monitoring and reporting, preferably within development projects.

-      Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

-      Excellent intra-personal skills in dealing with IP staff, government officers, Client’s staff, and colleagues

-      Proactively build relationships and foster an environment of comfort, support, and harmony.

-      Sound grip and excellent familiarity with generally accepted good practices in Monitoring.

-      Excellent grip on MS WORD, EXCEL, and POWER POINT.

-      Excellent data analysis, interpretation, and consolidation skills.

-      Excellent problem-solving skills.

-      Ability to work in a team and also work independently when required.

-      Ability to take initiative.

-      Sound judgment and an ability to plan and organize fieldwork.

-      Possess the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data for informed reporting.

Familiarity with the specific monitoring requirements of the Client’s projects
