General mission

Office cleaning and maintenance, day to day running tasks; reception handling, record keeping and general administrative tasks of daily routine

Missions / responsabilités

Mission 1 : Reception Work

The Office Boy Will bé responsible :

  •  An office boy answers incoming calls, routing them to the proper individual and taking messages when appropriâtes.
  • Provide Good and Safe services to all staff. Serving to staff (Tea, Meal etc.)
  • Is responsible to move outside office for any kind of task directed to him.
  • Job requries activeness, attentivenes and responsible attitude.
  • Any other duty assined by Incharge.

Mission 2 : Filling

  • Organize and maintain record is often the responsibility of this Professional.
  • Maintain record of supplies
  • Refilling of supplies on time
  • Look after assset and Maintaince of facilities in support with line manager/supervisor
  • Provision of Goods and Services to staff Members adn and when required and per directives/instructions of supervisor

Mission 3 : Photocopy of Documents

  • An office boy must learn to fully operate a photocopying machine.
  • Photocopy all the official documents as when requried.

Mission 4 : Office Cleaning

  • Is responsible and ensure that office is properly cleaned and Maintain on daily routine plus other day to day work as told by office administration.

  • Having an experience of one or two years in a good Organization will be preferred.
