Relevant Experience: 

Minimum 3 years related experience in M&E with good communication, analytical, and report writing skills,
Must be computer literate with practical know how of MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

Job Description:

 Monitoring of programmatic interventions project level.
 Share/verify the information regarding all the programme activities.
 Planning of activities and devising of strategy for its implementation
 Develop an overall M&E framework for the Programme interventions, provide support to District
Teams in producing quality monitoring reports, present critical reviews and disseminate
information to key stakeholders, ensure compliance of field interventions, and develop capacities of M&E professionals under the Programme.Develop tools for data collection, storage, and analysis,
training of staff on M&E system operations, collection methods, and tools.
 Ensure quality and accurate compilation of data and database management.
 Develop and implement effective monitoring and reporting systems, tools and templates.
 Develop and share Monthly/Quarterly Progress Report, Annual report and up-gradation of
reporting formats.
 Ensure monthly progress review and planning at project.
 Ensure & conduct regular visits to field sites to ensure quality in the implementation of the project
activities.
 Develop human interest stories relating to project activities.
 Conduct analysis of base line survey and other data as required for project documentation.
 Developing monthly work plan based on priority challenges/issues.
 Ensuring project indicator data base is updated and maintained on regular basis.
 Frequent travel/field visits to different districts.
 Any other task assigned by supervisor.
