Farmers Development Organization (FDO) is a registered entity, “A company set up under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017”. FDO is working in the development sector since 1998, having Central Office in Multan. FDO is seeking potential staff for its new project ‘She feeds the World Program”, related to Agriculture and value chain development having integrated components of WASH and Gender Mainstreaming in District Okara and Vehari against the following positions.

WASH Officer

Primary Functions of the Job:

To lead the implementation of WASH-related activities, supervise the schemes of community physical infrastructure according to the BOQ, design, coordinate with the project team, communities, and line departments for the implementation of project activities.

Job Description

1. QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education (Degree/Certificate & Subject): B.Sc. Civil Engineering

Training/Skills Required: Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment Estimating the Quantifiable Characteristics of Products, Events, or Information Problem Solving and ability to handle stress under pressure. Reporting and Communication Skills Supervising and Analytical skills Skills to work on AUTO CAD Programming Able to analyze and summarize complex technical and contextual information. Fluent in English, reading writing and speaking. Fluency in local language of the program implementation area will be preferred. Excellent computer skills.
Experience (Industry Specialization, Previous Position Held, Specific Expertise) Minimum 5 years of experience of working in the projects related to WASH and water conservation, safe drinking infrastructures.
