The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a nonprofit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
It is the intent of this request for proposal to scrutinize submitted evidence(Documents) for selection of potential contractors/firms for the International
Rescue committee, for carrying out works related to Rehabilitation of PHED Tube Wells, Gravity Fed systems, Pressure Pumps and Solar based pumping system in District Buner and Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as per BOQs links are here: for Bunir: https://rescue.box.com/s/rgyy1cp7zwrg9vgs7z2nr0g5u5x6c3ut for Peshawar https://rescue.box.com/s/mzfxhx1il8asfg39v7x9o1bvb4jbpb2i . Applicants shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in (Pakistan). Applicants shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2023/2024). Applicants shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.

A prospective Applicant requiring clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Purchaser in writing by sending an email to [email protected] .The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than (July 05, 2023). The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bidding documents no later than (July 06, 2023).
Applicant shall submit sealed bid documents addressed to the below office by or before July 10, 2023. International Rescue Committee (IRC) Country Office (Attention Procurement Committee), Building No. 2, Plot No. 270, Sector I-9/3 Industrial Area, Service Road North, Islamabad. Contractors/bidders are encouraged to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected after bid opening. Organization reserves the right to accept or reject, any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
No late submission in this regard will be entertained.
