PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS/VENDORS/CONTRACTORS for year 2023-24
An International NGO invites applications for pre-qualification from well-established Govt. registered suppliers, manufactures, vendors and contractors having National Tax Number (NTN) registration and GST registration (where applicable) for the following Categories:
- General Order Supplier
- Printing & Advertisement
- Shelter/ non-food items (NFI)
- Food
Attachment: 1. Vendor Questionnaire / Declaration form duly filled sign and stamp.
Required Document Must be in the following sequence.
NO NEED TO SUBMIT ONLY PROFILE IN BOOK FORMATE
- Company complete profile.
- Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order amounting 4 million PKR for the period 2018-2022 (minimum 06).
- Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order of any amount for the period 2018-2022 (minimum 10).
- Bank statement
- Last 3 years annual income tax return.
- Annex declaration to be filled.

Duly filled applications should be submitted so as to reach by the specified closing date and time, i.e. 15-06-2023 at PO Box1846 along with required documentation.
