Look after the interests & assets of the organization in Karachi. |

Coordination and Correspondence with all Tenants & Headquarters. |
|
|
Timely Collection of Rental Payments from Tenants & Deposit to Headquarters. |
|
|
Liaison with Customs Authorities for Clearance of Relief Goods etc |
|
|
Look after the Repair / Maintenance of building. |
|
|
Proper Record Keeping of the Rents / Utilities. |
|
|
Timely Follow up for the Lease Agreements. |
|
|
Coordination with all Civic Departments Related to Building such as Karachi Cantonment Board, Water & Sewerage Board, K-Electric and Sui Gas etc |
|
|
Maintain & Record Keeping of the Inventory. |
|
|
Maintain a good Relations with all the Tenants for best interest of the organization. |
|
|
To perform other tasks that may be assigned by Manager Administration. |

Education |
||
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from HEC recognized Institution. |
||
Experience |
||
02 Years relevant experience. |
||
Skills/Knowledge |
||
MS Word, Office Work, Good Written Skills, Good Communication Skills. |
||
Travelling |
||
As per Requirements. |

Age Limit |
