Terms & Conditions
- Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company/organization’s original letterhead with date and stamp.
- Quotations submitted through email and late submissions will not be considered.
- NTN should be mentioned on quotation.
- Quotation validity must be 10 to 15 days from date of submission.
- Complete description/specifications of the goods/services should be clearly mentioned.
- Unit price must be quoted separately for each item.
- GST taxes must be mentioned separately, if applicable
- Withholding tax will be deducted from the invoice as per applicable tax law, according to the Government of Pakistan
- Rates should be quoted in local PKR currency.
- Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be specified.
- Warranty must be specified if applicable.
- Payment will be made through cross cheque within 15 days after delivery of items and submission of Invoice.
- Incomplete bidding is not allowed.
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/proposal with or without assigning any reason.
