Your response to this request should consider the following:

2.1    Provide price quotes as attached detailed in the respective price annexures.

2.2    In case Annextures are not clear of our requirements please contact by email [email protected]

2.3    All vendors are requested to visit the health facilities before quoting their quotes.

2.4     The closing date for the submission of the complete RFQ is Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

2.5    Quote to be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand, or through courier to CARE on or before the above-mentioned date.

2.6    Quotations received after the due date will not be entertained.

2.7    Quotations should remain valid for 60 consecutive days after the closure of the bidding

2.8    Response to RFQ should be submitted though sealed bids at the below given address
