Job Description:

Help in Need is seeking an experienced Cameraman cum Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, photos, and graphic designs that will capture our work’s essence and help promote our organization's mission and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality footage using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras with a gimbal and Go Pro, and operate a drone for aerial shots.
•  Edit videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects and create compelling visual effects and animations.
• Design graphics and visuals for use in videos and social media posts.
• Produce eye-catching video clips and photos for social media Reels/Shorts.
• Produce documentaries, videos, Orphan Stories, success stories, and other multimedia content that showcase the work of Help in Need.
• Ensure all media products comply with media ethics, code of conduct, and consent requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop ideas for new multimedia content.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, graphic designing, and social media marketing.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ experience in a production house or similar role.
• Excellent skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good skills in graphic designing and well-experienced in using relevant software tools.
• Well-experienced in producing documentaries, videos, Orphan Stories, success stories, and other multimedia content.
• Familiar with operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras with gimbal and Go Pro and operating drone for aerial shots.
• Good knowledge of social media Reels/Shorts and knows the sizes of videos/posts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• BA or minimum FA with good experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
