Main responsibilities:

1. Establish initial contact with community influential for the introduction of the project.
2. Collect necessary baseline information about the target community and area.
3. To identify potential leaders and/or organizers within the target community.
4. To motivate and encourage potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project in their community and ensure their participation.
5. Ensure timely support to the training and awareness in the field for smooth implementation of the project activities.
6. Mobilize and build the capacity of the target community.
7. Conduct Social surveys as and when required or asked by the management.
8. Liaison with partner organizations and local administration or any other stakeholder.
9. To deal with the community as a front-line contact and provide full support to the training, and admin staff for smooth implementation of the project activities.
10. To assist community members to identify needs and generating solutions by identifying priority issues and analyzing their problems and guiding for resource mobilization.
11. Must be able to support master trainers in awareness and keep all relevant documents as per donor requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
2. Minimum Five years of experience in the relevant field.
3. Excellent Communication skills.
4. Ability to solve conflict and find accurate solutions for that.
5. Must be multilingual. Pashtu speaking Candidates would be preferred.
6. Good command of MS office.
