The Dispenser will assist in management of pharmacy with special aspect to dispensing medicine to clients with appropriate health education.

2. Works in line with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Principles.
3. Adheres to the Security rules and procedures.
4. Respects and observes the Staff Rules & Regulations of PRC/IFRC.
5. The employee may be asked to perform duties and tasks assigned by the management as well as to provide support to other departments if so required.
6. Health Education which targets diseases and immunization schedule
7. Motivation through Inter Personnel Communication
8. Assist MO in OPD, managing the pharmacy cold chain in BHU in all aspects
9. Participates in outreach Sessions and Vaccination activities (Especially in EOR).
10. Ensure adherence to PHC standards as given by Department of Health to ensure good quality service.
11. Participate in training and meetings as requested by management.
12. Stand in temporarily as dispenser in other BHU of cluster- when needed.
13. Perform any additional duties coming up in the process as directed by PRCS management
14. Reporting

 Education: 

• Dispenser / Medical Technician Course from Medical Faculty KP or Certified Diploma in Dispensary from Government Recognized Institute.
• Should have good knowledge of Drugs.

Experience: Min 02 years working & relevant experience preferably in immunization.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Very Good Communication Skills.
• Very Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Very Good Report Writing Skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances.
• Team Management Skills.
