Pakistan Red Crescent Society is looking for a high calibre and dynamic professional for Pakistan Red Crescent Society, District Branch Nowshera, KP on contract basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop BoQ, drawing, and specifications for the infrastructure projects.
• Maintain close links and coordination with communities and local authorities.
• Check that the quality and quantity of the material used are in accordance with the specification.
• Maintain close links and coordination with communities and local authorities.
• Supervise the Improved Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities to ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the agreed design and plan. 
• Implementation of the WASH activities in accordance to the work plan.
• Monitor the ongoing activities to ensure the quality and quantity as per the approved design and specification. 
• To check the quality and quantity of the material used are in accordance with the specification.
• Maintain effective communication with WASH officer at PHQ.
• To develop monthly activity reports of the project and submit it to the WASH officer at PHQ.
• Provide technical guidance to the site vendors of the project.
• To accomplish other tasks assigned by the supervisor as per organization policy.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Water and Sanitation Engineering or any relevant engineering field.

Experience: At least 2 years’ relevant experience

Competencies:

• Fluency in Urdu, English and Pashto.
• Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for coordination purposes
• Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)

Age Limit: Maximum age limit 40 Years

Domicile: KP (preference will be given to local candidates)

Salary: PKR 60,000/-

Travelling: Extensive
