Pathfinder International-BHFA Project is currently seeking a Supplier/Companies for the procurement of IT Equipment’s.

RFQ is attached with all the details, evaluation criteria and deadline.

Interested companies/firms/supplier are invited to submit their quotation to the below mentioned
address along with the following documents in sealed envelope, no later than April 3, 2023.

Quotations shared on email won’t be accepted and the vendors will be disqualified from this bid.

NOTE: In accordance with the agreement under which this procurement is financed, Pathfinder will be reimbursed by the Cooperating Country government for taxes imposed on suppliers and subcontractors.  Therefore, offerors must include taxes, VAT, charges, tariffs, duties and levies in accordance with the laws of the Cooperating Country.  If selected for award, the selected supplier will cooperate in providing Pathfinder with the documentation necessary to obtain tax reimbursement.
