Pakistan Red Crescent Society is looking for a high calibre and dynamic professional for the
Routine Immunization Project, District Branch, Bannu, on contract basis.

Functions & Responsibilities:
1: Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of PRC.
2: Works in line with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Principles.
3: Adheres to the Security rules and procedures.
4: Respects and observes the Staff Rules & Regulations of PRC.
5: The employee may be asked to perform duties and tasks assigned by the management as well
as to provide support to other departments if so required.
6: Health Education which targets diseases and immunization schedule
7: Motivation through Inter Personnel Communication
8: Conduct health education sessions and display/distribute health promotion material i.e IEC
material etc.
9: Door to door awareness campaigns in targeted communities.
10: Motivate the refusal families for immunization of their children.
11: Provision of health education in the project areas and schools.
12: Visit all public places including Schools, Mosques, Madrassa, Shops, Hujras etc.
13: Preparation of work plan and sharing with supervisor.
14: Submit progress report on the agreed work plan on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
15: Participates in outreach activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Graduate
• Previously working in Health projects will be preferred.

Experience: Min 03 years working & relevant experience in Immunization Health & Hygiene/Education preferably with well-reputed National/ International Humanitarian Organizations.

Competencies:       

• Fluency in local language (Pashto), Urdu and English.
• Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for coordination purposes
• Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point)

Salary: PKR.35,000/-
