Malteser International (MI) has been active in Pakistan since the Kashmir earthquake of 2005 and has been providing humanitarian aid after disasters and in crisis. Our aid focuses on healthcare, livelihood security and disaster risk reduction. Since 2014, our activities have targeted communities in the Swat and Peshawar regions (KPK province) and on various districts of Sindh province. MI has a country office in Islamabad. Currently, MI implementing a project “Life-saving and integrated health care and nutrition project for crisis-affected people in Pakistan” and a flood relief project in Sindh. Malteser International is planning to launch another primary health care project in Afghan Refugees villages and camps in KP province. Malteser International is looking for Pharmacy/Warehouse Assistant based at project office/warehouse.  

Your responsabilités :

• Assist Pharmacy supervisor in ensuring the maintenance of medicine and medical equipment stock and storage as per international drug management guidelines. 
• Assist in Keeping and Maintaining the Warehouse record. 
• Assist in Maintaining and Updating the Bin cards for warehouse on daily basis. 
• Assist in Temperature record / humidity record of warehouse. 
• Assist in Preparing and keeping the daily and monthly stock movement reports. 
• Prepare and dispatch Supplies as per standard warehouse protocols and WHO guidelines. 
• Enough Knowledge of Stock storage and documentation. 
• Fulfil any other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor (s). 

Your Profile :

Job Requirement:

• Qualified pharmacist with PharmD/ Diploma in Pharmacy/Dispenser /Medical Technician. 
• Good knowledge of pharmacy procedures.
• At least 03 years work experience in relevant field.
• Previous working experience of warehousing with INGOs is required.
• Good knowledge of quality standards and quality controls related to pharmacy practices.  
• Fluent in Urdu & Pashto. 
• Familiar and adherence with local culture.

• Duration of contract: 12 months (extendable 2024)
