Job Description:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans and tools for program activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and donor requirements.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites and partners to ensure quality of data collection and verify data reported by implementing partners.
• Collect and analyze program data to report on program performance and achievements against set targets and provide evidence-based feedback to the program team and partners.
• Lead and manage program evaluations, including developing Terms of Reference, overseeing data collection and analysis, and developing reports that identify program strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement learning and feedback mechanisms to capture stakeholder feedback, incorporate learning into program design and implementation, and improve program performance.
• Build the capacity of program staff and partners in monitoring and evaluation, data management, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and timely submission of program reports.
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure effective program management and delivery, and support other program activities as needed.
