The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying potential donors and sponsors, creating a database of local philanthropists and corporate sectors who give charity on a regular basis, and coordinating with them to raise funds for the organization's projects. This position will be based in Multan, Pakistan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a database of potential donors and sponsors.
• Develop and implement a fundraising plan to meet the organization's financial goals
• Coordinate with potential donors and sponsors to give presentations about the organization's programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors to encourage ongoing support
• Work closely with the Country Director and other team members to ensure that fundraising activities align with the organization's goals and values
• Track and report on fundraising activities and progress towards financial goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (fresh graduates may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

• 5 days per week, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
• This position will be based in Multan.

Supervision:

• The Business Development Officer will report to the Country Director.

Salary:

• Salary commensurate with experience.
