Job Description

1. Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
2. Researching potential donors and sponsors, and identifying new fundraising opportunities.
3. Maintaining donor and sponsor databases, and ensuring that donor information is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Drafting and editing fundraising materials such as appeal letters, brochures, and social media posts.
5. Providing support to the fundraising team in the coordination of fundraising events, including logistics, communication, and follow-up.
6. Assisting in the processing and acknowledgment of donations, and providing timely and accurate reports on fundraising activities.
7. Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including marketing, communications, and finance, to ensure fundraising goals are met.
8. Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in fundraising, and contributing ideas to improve fundraising efforts.
