Human Development Foundation (HDF) a registered not-for-profit Pakistani company, invites interested bidders to submit Bids for the Ramzan Food Pack for its regional office Zhob Baluchistan:

Food Pack Items Detail:

- White Fine Wheat Flour 20 Kg Quantity 205

- Cooking Oil 2 Liters (Dalda, Mezan) 205

- Sugar 3 Kg pack (A Quality) 205

- Rice 5 Kg pack (Super Kernal Basmati, Kainat A Quality) 205

- White Channa 1 kg Pack (A-Quality) 205

- Daal Channa 1 kg (Fine Quality) 205

- Rooh Afza 800 ML Bottle 205

- Full Cream Dry Milk 800g (Olpers, Nido) 205

- Red Chilies 100g (National, Shan) 205

- Iodized Salt 800g (National, Shan) 205

- Dates (A-Quality preferably Dray) 01 Kg Pack 205

Instructions

Quoted rates for each item inclusive of all Government applicable taxes, Transportation loading unloading etc.
Tax and Transportation will be mentioned separately
Quoted rates inclusive of all printing logos packing charges as per HDF requirement, Flour bag will pack separately in one bag with HDF logo on front, rest of all the material will pack in one Polypropylene plastic bag with HDF Logo in front.
Quoted rates must have one month validity, with minimum time of delivery and suitable payment terms.
Tentative date of delivery will be 30^th March 2023.

Bidders are required to transport / supply the items at a designated place in Zhob District.
Withholding and sales Taxes will be deducted as per tax rules and deposited into government treasury accordingly.
