Position: Assistant Manager Business Development
Duty Station: Islamabad Office
Reporting line: CEO
Scope of Work:
Synercon is in the business of engineering and management consulting having interest in working on projects of bilateral and multilateral donors such as World Bank, ADB and UN agencies etc. and large-scale public-sector projects
Individual will be responsible for the following tasks assigned by the senior management/ CEO:
- Review of forecast and planning of all agencies
- Identification of potential projects of interests
- Based on projects identified design and develop a business development plan
- Identification of potential consortium partners for the identified projects
- Developing and ensuring timely submission of proposals
- Representing the company with client as instructed/approved by the senior management
- This is a target-oriented role and performance will be linked to projects winning ratio, hence will also be entitled to incentives/bonuses accordingly
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in verbal & written English and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent in communication in interpersonal skills
Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or above
- Seven years of experience in marketing/business development
- Consulting experience will be preferred
Budgeted Salary for the Position: Hundred Thousand Rupees per month and incentive/bonuses linked to performance.
