Title:                                           Front Desk Officer        

Location of Work Station:              FTC Office - Karachi - Sindh

Type of Job:                                 Contractual.

Reporting to:                               Assistant Manager and Manager Admin and Procurement

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors, abiding COVID SOPs and record keeping,
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference and meeting rooms
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages, and replying to emails.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them, maintain the record-keeping for letters.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels and record-keeping
  • Maintaining library records and ensuring they are up to date and logs are well maintained.
  • Systematically filing important official documents,
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed and forward to the Procurement department after approval of the competent authority.
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager Admin and Procurement.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor education from reputable university/institute
  • At least two years as front desk officer and office work
  • Proficiency in computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently & multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with different groups of people
