Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals to fill the vacant positions of Resident Medical Officer, for its Field Health Unit Baka Khel, Bannu, on contract basis;

Position Title	Resident Medical Officer (Organization will provide residence to the Medical Officer at FHU)

Duty Station	Field Health Unit Bakka Khel, Bannu District
Reporting to	Program Manager/Provincial Branch Health Officer
Salary	140,000/Month
Domicile	KP
Age Limit	45 years (Age relaxation in special cases)
Rotation	15 Days 24/7 (subject to change as per requirement)

Major Responsibilities:

Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of the organization
He will lead the team in the Field health unit
To support in maintaining Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) as set by Government of Pakistan for field health unit
Attends OPD, examines patients & either prescribes medicine or refers them to speciliazed health facilities
To ensure lab tests and procedures are performed as per MSDS.
- To ensure the availability of required medicine and timely communicate deficiency of medicines to PHQ
Ensure presence in FHU 24/7 fifteen days a month while remaining fifteen days will be off-days
To run OPD on daily basis (15 days a month) as per set timings
Provide emergency services 24/7 fifteen days a month
To control ambulance attached to FHU for transportation of patients to other health facilities in case of emergencies
Analyze and communicate staff capacity building (Trainings)
Conduct on job trainings for other health staff at FHU
Offer services to all age, gender, religious groups of people
Compile and ensure timely submission of daily/monthly reports and records.
To conduct regular progress meetings with the staff
May require to perform other related duties assigned by supervisor as per organization set standards

Eligibility Criteria

a) Education:

MBBS degree with PMC registration

b) Work Experience:

Minimum 02 years of working experience in hospital set up, with good clinical knowledge and skills

c) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Must have knowledge of Computer operation and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

d) Language Skills:

Urdu, Pashto and English
